He was dressed in a suit and had a very professional demeanor. He gave me a tour of the bus before everyone loaded. It was impeccably clean. The cooler was stocked with water bottles and sodas. The sound system connects to the IPhone and you can play your own music. The drive was very secure and not reckless. No sudden stops or acceleration. On the curves, he would slow down. The drivers are friendly and the dispatch was great, up until a guy named "Walter" began dispatching. I found him to be extremely rude - especially when it came to explaining my details (which I would imagine they had on their system from previous dispatches- as I never had an issue before). They would usually take about 10 seconds to finish the entire conversation with me. Walter, on the other hand- went on to rudely complain about the speed at which I gave my address and phone number (which I'd repeated about 3 times at different rates) and concluded in me ending the call after a good 7 minutes of trying to give the simple to and from locations along with my phone number. I hope they hire a more competent and friendly dispatcher with a bit of etiquette when it comes to speaking with clients!
