Review: looks like they are under new management. Few staff (2 owners plus 2 techs). They offer facial and waxing services too. - manicure: thorough in taking care of the nails. Well I'd say moderately thorough. The massage for manicure is 5 secs then they use hot towel wrap. The massage session could be extended to at least 3 mins. - pedicure: total service took 45 mins. But because they have low staff, I had to wait for some time. Pedicure was with the effort. I'd be back here. Not a bad spot. Cane back to update one quick thing. My gel nails came off within 4 days of initial apply. I had to go back and get refilled, which they did with not charge. And then it started peeling off again within next 7 days.

Full Story: I went in for a pedicure on Saturday, June 7, and asked for a cat eye design on my big toe. The young lady initially said she could do it, but she couldn't actually apply it correctly and had to call in an older lady for help. Instead of helping the young g lady, the older lady simply dismissed the request, telling me the cat eye "can't be applied on toes like that" and even suggested the color I picked is ugly. This place only has one UV light, so I had to wait for another client to finish. The young lady offered me a complimentary manicure to make up for it -- which I appreciated, and I offered to pay and asked to have gel nails done on my hands at the same time. Once again, the same older lady came and worked on my finger nails, and criticized the color I chose, saying it was too light and transparent and hard to apply. Later, I realized I left something behind and called the shop immediately. The older lady answered and confirmed they were open on Sunday, June 8. According to their Google Maps hours, they open at 11am. I arrived at 11:15am only to find them CLOSED. When I called again, she claimed they actually open at 12pm. When I asked why she didn't mention that the day before, she blamed me for not asking. I had to come back a second time to retrieve my item, and I did get a full refund of $115. During the refund process, the older lady still refused to take responsibility and blamed everything on the "wrong product" I chose and the young lady's inexperience. She even tried to claim that I hadn't paid for my hand service, which was untrue and beside the point -- even if it was complimentary, it doesn't excuse her rudeness, impatience, and complete lack of professionalism. I've been getting my feet done here for the last three years -- had cat eye done before -- so it's not about the product, but the complete incompetence and disrespect I encountered this time. The older lady's attitude was absolutely unacceptable: she was rude, impatient, and full of lies. I will never come back.

I came in for SNS with a tip and chrome design, expecting it to last at least two weeks. Unfortunately, within a week, multiple nails fell/broke off, indicating a poor application. I promptly contacted the spa, and they agreed to redo my nails at no extra cost (photos of our messages attached). However, during my return visit, my nail technician seemed visibly upset, leading to a sloppy and unclean job. Despite the poor service, I still decided to leave a tip. To my surprise, as I left, the employees chased me down, insisting I pay an additional $15 for "cat eyes," a term I have NEVER heard (despite getting my nails done MULTIPLE times at this and other locations), and $5 for the "design" (which was essentially the same as the chrome design I had initially asked for). From my perspective, I received the same nails with only a different color powder. Though promised no extra charges, I ended up paying $20 in addition to the tip. I could have accepted a $5 additional payment just for the "design," but being charged over $65 for a bad visit and another $20 for ANOTHER bad visit is just so bizarre to me. The commitment to not charge me was not upheld, and I paid for such poor services. Overall, I'm upset by the decline in service and quality at this establishment and I do not recommend anyone visit.
