Skylar was so kind and helpful when setting me up for an appointment with Quinn, who has done my hair before. I got super lucky to snag some time with Quinn! The shop is so cute and such a warm and welcoming space. Everything feels clean and well taken care of. I also truly feel safe at Hair Hero to be myself without judgment. Skylar washed my hair while Quinn finished up on another client and I'll be very honest I wish I could hire her to wash my hair every day. She was gentle and thorough and it was wonderful! I agreed because I trusted her professional judgment and wanted to look like a Victoria Secret Model and thought I'd leave with a soft, beautiful, effortless look. Unfortunately, the front layers ended up short, extremely thick and stick out noticeably, especially when I put my hair in a ponytail. They don't blend into the rest of my hair, and I've spent ever since struggling to style them. I trusted her recommendation, and unfortunately I left feeling very unhappy with my hair. I expected to feel beautiful walking out of the salon, and instead I've been trying to hide these tentacles. Thanks for offering to remedy the issue but my hair will take 16-18 months to recover from the damage before it's Victoria Secret Ready.
