We conversed about why I was there and her vibe was easy and honest: like talking to a wide friend. She checked my chakras then went to work. The overall experience was comfortable and clarifying. I left and was feeling better for days after. Often time we store energy in our bodies when stressed, triggered, or traumatized which causes blockage. I'm thankful for her healing work in releasing areas of blockage yet, getting to know me first.
