My only concern was the number of attempts it took to get through & their screening operator's motivation to assist in actually getting an appointment. If someone is making an initial inquiry - that individual is in need of assistance please remember - the old adage is true: you catch more flies with honey than vinegar!! (So if one is tasked with answering calls and you find you are having a bad day-share that with your potential patient caller-so your response could be understood-we all have been caught "not at our finest" as we are all human. But still please empathize with what the caller is going through: needing a infusion & the medical Dx which proceeded their call... Try taking 3 deep breaths and long exhales and be grateful you are answering and not making that call.) Overall, for a new provider in the area the experience was definitely 5 stars !
