He didn't screws, electrical connections, or spacers. L asked where he thought an oil leak was coming from and he proceeded to take the mower apart. I stopped him as he was again racking up time with no parts to fix anything. He was set to come on Friday, had truck issues and show up at 9:15 PM. It's dark, I don't know him, no way. He came at 9:00 Saturday morning. The mower is running with nothing done after the first 20 minutes. I have to go and buy the part and install it. $400.00 was his fee. I don't recommend this service to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It was a giant ripoff.

First off they had the wrong model on my original paperwork (which I'm the one that found the incorrect model on the paperwork and had them correct it). Then it just kept getting worse. They somehow had no temp tags for the boat. Delivered a day later than they had scheduled with me, not detailed, also found an open container in the storage of the boat (large twisted tea can). I could only imagine we would have tried to take it out no temp tag, get pulled over, they search the boat, next thing we know we have an open container charge . Delivery driver was witness to the open container found in the boat. Also the delivery driver let me know that they have 6 delivery drivers and they lied and said they only had 1. The boat had a trolling motor in it when we looked at it and that was gone. Called to get issues resolved after 24 hours of waiting for the management to call me, and I had to be the one to call them. They only said they would come pick up the boat to be detailed and put a temp tag on it. They swear that there was no trolling motor but the foot pedal for it was in the back storage of the boat. Also while video chatting my daughter to show her the boat she asked what was laying on the deck of the boat which was the trolling motor. It was just one thing after another . They truly are just out for the sale and not the customers. We drove 2 hours and 45 minutes to purchase this boat and love the boat, but the service is the worst. I was so disappointed and had to learn so many hard lessons on this one. I hope this saves another person from the lessons I had to learn.

Made us wait 2 months past the time when he promised they would start and then when they started they started WITHOUT having the permit, he lied to us every step of the way when it came to the permit AND to top it off we discovered that he NEVER even paid for the permit until last minute, I don't know how these people stay in business.
