My dishwasher died! This was a cataclysmic event on par with the apocalypse! I don't do dishes. That's why we invented dishwashers, so I called these fine folks. Here is what transpired- Monday morning- A very nice guy arrived to diagnose the problem. In short order he said that my pump was deceased. He said the end was quick and there was very little pain. He also said he could recommend cremation or interment services, but the trash might be best, so I went with it. As I was drying my tears, he said I would receive a call that afternoon regarding next steps and off he went. Monday afternoon- Another very nice guy called me and opened by saying he was sorry for my loss. He detailed the cost of a new pump and said it needed to be ordered. I went with it. Tuesday- Nice guy #2 called back and said my new pump was in. Holy s**t that was fast! We arranged for the install the next day! Wednesday morning- Nice guy #1 showed up again and had the new pump installed and tested in a little over an hour. The price was as quoted and very fair and off he went. Wednesday afternoon- I grabbed a few dirty dishes and did a test run. The result was perfection! It's service like this that earns them five stars and my loyalty. read more

Price was ok. Delivery was ok. However, ice maker went south shortly after warranty ran out. Called service and was told once out of warranty, they no longer serviced appliances. They gave me a name and phone number of a repairman. I contacted him and he came out and checked it out. Said he couldn't fix it and left. I called him again a day later, and he said he would call back the next day. Never called. I would not purchase from Musselman again due to their service policy. read more

Back again for a washer. First thing I heard the man say to the young man helping him, "These floors are hardwood, so be super careful." Thank you for that! They were kind enough to move the old washer to the garage for us, and made sure the new one was hooked up properly. This makes our third purchase from here and I'd definitely come back. Great place to shop for appliances! Our dryer conked out on Christmas Eve, so we went to Musselman's Appliance Store because it's a local store, and because we wanted to avoid the Christmas madness at the big box stores. Turned out to be a very good choice. The store was immaculate, laid out nicely, and had all the big and small appliances you'd ever need! We chose the dryer we wanted, Mr. Musselman wrote up the sale, and after making delivery arrangements for the following Thursday, we were on our way! We'll be using Musselman's from now on! Only regret was we didn't try them a whole lot sooner! Ps: the deliver fee was really a token amount. I was very impressed with Musselman's. We are customers for life now! read more

I visited this business this morning after being sorely disappointed yesterday when delivery guys from a big box store refused to reverse the doors on a fridge they were delivering. The left hand configuration did not work in my small kitchen. The salesman at Musselmans (one of three brothers) found exactly what I was looking for, for 100 dollars less than the one I refused delivery on. Better yet, it's being delivered 3 hours after purchase!!! They are also reversing the doors and hauling away the old one for recycling. They have a lot of inventory, great prices and superb service. I am done dealing with Home Depot and the likes and will refer all my family and friends to Musselmans for all their appliances. read more

Our 3 year old LG refrigerator died right before Thanksgiving. We first went to the two local big box stores and couldn't even get waited on. Being somewhat new to Sebring we discovered Musselman's Appliance and were glad we did. First of all service was great - no high pressure, sales guys honestly answered all our questions and showed us their very large (more that the big box guys) selection of refrigerators at competitive prices and in stock. Thursday is their usual day to deliver to our area but with Thanksgiving this couldn't happen. Instead of making us wait another week they did what was needed and got our refrigerator delivered the next day (Tuesday). The delivery guys were on time and efficient. In summary if want a hassle free appliance experience I strongly recommend Musselmens's! read more

Do yourself a favor... do not use them for tv repair. The technicians they employ basically misdiagnosed the issue and wanted more money after the original quote..which means you're out the money you spent for the part originally...to the tune of almost $200. Our dishwasher bit the dust, so Monday morning I was out looking for a replacement. I checked products and prices at Sears, Lowes, Home Depot, and Musselman's. I got the best product, the best price and the best customer service at Musselman's. They made arrangements for delivery and installation in 2 days. Jeremy was here at the appointed time, install complete and he even replaced a fitting that could have eventually caused me problems. He was so nice. Left my house as clean as he found it. Could not be happier with my GE dishwasher...it is so quiet and does a great job. Kudos for A+++++++ customer service. Will be replacing future appliances here also. read more

I believe in giving my money to the local business , so a couple years ago I redone my kitchen an bought all new appliances from Mussleman's Appliance it has been one nightmare after another, the owner tells me at the time of the sale don't send back the factory warranty I will fix anything that goes wrong, The very first week my microwave quit working and he sent out a serviceman to fix it and it needed a new electric panel no charge, well about 6 months ago it went out again with the samething wrong with it the owner informed me it was out of warranty, it was a lemon from the get go as I never heat up anything but a cup of coffee or a bag of popcorn, so now im out a microwave, well yesterday the refrigerator is spurting out water from behind I call him and he said oh well that's not cover anymore, so they send out a tech man to look at it an it needs an icemaker which he charged me 60.00 just to tell me what was wrong an then tells me I need a new icemaker an it will be another 30 .oo to install and 100.00 for the icemaker so now that's 190.00 for a icemaker. Still nothing is covered, people don't believe this man when he tells you he will take care of what so we just like as he is lying thru his teeth, so I hope its all worth it to him as not only has he lost my business but also my parents business.Next time I will take my 3000.00 dollars an buy from sears at least they stand behind their products !! Would just like to add when I came home my ice maker was working fine so I was ripped off 60 bucks for a service call today I never should have had to pay all the man did was flip the ice maker switch to off and back up to the sink and charges $60 so people do what you want but I wouldn't trade with these people no more have a good day! read more
