I put in an order for a new fob ($50.00 deposit since my make/model was not in stock) and crossed my fingers that I wouldn't lose the one remaining one I had while I waited. Not only did I manage to NOT lose the one fob I had left, I (of course...) found the missing one soon after the order was placed... Well, I had a choice-- let the $50.00 non-refundable deposit float off into the sunset, or go ahead and bite the bullet and get the $285.00 (-$50.00 deposit) fob anyway, to have as a second spare. Debated for a minute or twelve and decided to go ahead and still get the extra fob. SUPER quick, friendly service, and the new spare works like a charm! Great local option, in a good, convenient spot downtown, they're really VERY efficient at what they do. Told me 1/2 hr. and they were done in 15-20 minutes. WISH they had later walk-in hours than 4:30 on weekdays, but they do have emergency 24-7 service from their other locations. I'd use them again should the need arise (hopefully NOT!!) and definitely recommend their services here in Springfield (and the other areas they serve...).
