I found this store on my Christmas visit to the Dallas area. It was one of some four that I visited. Roy's is supposed to be a pawn shop but it is really a gun shop. Roy, the owner is quick to engage with a very friendly smile and demeanor, his two workers, ex law enforcement, were likewise friendly and very knowledgeable about the guns and other shooting products offered. At one other gun store I had earlier visited I had found something that could have been a worthwhile purchase, but at Roy's I really found the gun "to have" and at a great price. I went back to my daughters house and the next day happily purchased the gun at a great price I might add! A trip to Roy's is very worthwhile! It gets all thumbs up! read more
