Thanks to Yelp, I visited their store a few weeks ago. It is actually a really pretty store inside- quite different than how it looks from the exterior. An employee named Riley greeted me and we sat down to talk about my jewelry needs. I noticed another female employee holding a sleepy baby boy, so of course, I had to talk to him! The mother explained that this company has been in business for over 40 years. FORTY! She is actually the granddaughter in law to the owners. I love how it is a family run business that obviously provides great service to be in business for so long. They explained the process to resize the ring and were transparent about pricing since they would have to separate my rings that were soldered together to be resized. I was able to pick up my ring today and it fits perfectly! They cleaned it up nicely and also checked the diamond prongs. I love being able to wear my ring again! Thank you, Gold N Carats!
