Our family has been coming here since the Fat Jack's days, and it remains our favorite spot for cheese sticks, hands down. The aesthetic is exactly as we remember it from 25 years ago, which we love, and the service has always been great. The food speaks for itself. The cheese sticks are unmatched, the pizza is excellent, and the calzones are a must. I especially recommend the Philly version with steak, onions, and peppers dipped in marinara. What would a small, college town be without a pizza joint? Luckily, those in Ephraim don't have to worry about that, since Roy is here to the rescue. This fun place is decked out floor to ceiling with vintage Coca Cola decorations and has a really fun vibe. The building is old and the hardwood floors creak when you walk on them. Food is cooked to order, so may take a little while. But I appreciate that it's hot and fresh. I had a dinner salad to tide me over before my pizza was ready. Unfortunately, I think I got the bottom of the spring mix bag, but the ranch dressing was delicious. The pizza was ok-not outstanding, but it got the job done. The pizza was actually great..we reserved the banquet room for our family after a long, emotionally exhausting day following our moms funeral in salt lake and a long drive to Manti to play her body to rest. I guess we picked the wrong day to expect decent service. We were told we were lucky to even be there because of graduations. Basically put in my place when I asked for high chairs for our babies..asked multiple times if we were ready for our to go boxes. About two days ago I got a large pizza and the crust dough was completely raw or uncooked and the meat and vegetables were tasteless. Roy's pizza is definitely the best pizza in the county. Their garlic cheesy breadsticks are the most common thing we buy from them and its so good. The pizza is a little more pricey than I want to spend on pizza usually so we don't get it often. The staff are always friendly and service is quick. Their ranch is so good too! read more

I attended Snow College many years ago and this places holds sentiment in all of our hearts :). It's always fun to stop back if I'm in the area. Had a bunch of our family here today. It is good to note if you don't know, that they have a back room with lots of extra seating. So what you see when you come in is not all you get. The service is not quick. So plan to sit and enjoy some conversation. The most beloved of all things here are the breadsticks with mozzarella, aka "fat sticks" (what they were called back in the day). These are just done right and delicious. Try mixing the ranch and marinara for a good dip option. The pizza is good as well. Tried their calzone for the first time this trip. Much thinner crust than I had anticipated, but still tasted pretty good. They don't put sauce inside, so make sure you get some sauce to dip. A family member also tried some gluten free pizza and said it was actually pretty good. Tried the chicken bacon ranch. The gluten free breadsticks though not so much. Apparently you need more toppings. Also not on the cheaper side of things, but definitely good enough that I will continue to stop by if I'm in the area. read more

Overpriced for being one of the only pizza spots in a small college town. The toppings and dough for the pizzas were great and plentiful. Although my kids said it was mediocre tasted like school pizza. For 2 large pizzas, 1 medium, a sandwich & an order of garlic bread it came out to 100$ which is inconceivable but we were hungry and only there one night to drop my son off to college. The bread could've been better it was missing the cheese and we ordered late night so we were too hungry to have it corrected. Sandwich was a salami sandwich and my son said it was alright nothing fancy about it. Overall customer service was good, ordered online and filled out somethin wrong so the store called me to clarify on my order. That was nice. Otherwise still over priced and would next time just go with little Caesar's or the other large chained pizza spot in the area but we wanted to try something new and this place unfortunately did not hit the spot. read more

Every time we go out that way we make it a point to go to Roy's to get fat sticks (cheesy breadsticks) and ranch. I love the cute look of it, like I walked into the past! Hands down my favorite pizza restaurant on the west coast. I have been coming to this restaurant for my entire life. (Even back when it was still Fat Jacks.) The texture of the pizza crust is spectacular. Today, my family and I shared a cheese pizza, BBQ chicken pizza, and a Hawaiian pizza. They were amazing. I was very disappointed with my experience tonight. I ordered a half and half pizza and cheesy stix with marinara an hour in advance. When I arrived I was dismayed to find that it wasn't ready. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes. How long does it take to make a pizza? It was clear they had missed my order as I watched customer after customer come in and leave with their orders. Furthermore, the half and half pizza was more like a 1/3 and 2/3 pizza, and it was cut to match. Defeats the purpose of the half and half pizza. It's so disappointing to see service and quality suffer. I gave 2 stars only because the flavor was good, once it was finally done. read more

Pro-tip is that that is parking around the back, so don't think just becuase the road has room for 2-4 cars that you can't dine here! We enjoyed their pizza, and like a lot of places it seems that if you get there early for dinner, say around 5pm, the oven may not be up to temp and so your pizza is a little undercooked. If youi go a little later you will have to fight the crowd and wait, b ut you'll get a much better product. Seating is OK, and pretty spread out, with high ceilings - so it can become pretty noisy and echo around the place. However, for a dine in pizza experience, this is probably the best option within 25 miles. read more

I was a little reluctant eating at a random pizza place right off the Snow campus, but I am so glad I did. First the decor. It's a really cool place. It totally has a small town ice cream parlor feel. I felt like I was in Back to the Future. It's a great feel and vibe. The food is awesome. The calzone had a great flavor and the dough had a great taste. It was the perfect size; not too big, not too small. I was super satisfied. We also got a lunch special which was an eight inch pizza with two toppings and a soda. The pizza was very good as well. Fresh and hot, perfect balance of toppings. Yummy.
