After 3 good jobs, 11 months ago they installed a vinyl floor totally against the mfg (Shaw) strict install instructions. Never told us product is crap, but the install is SO bad there are pieces missing! Shaw rep pushed it back on bad install if crappy material. Hired independent inspector, agreed needed to be replaced. A slick run- around with promises, now even their best installers said it needs to be replaced. No response. They don't care about you, they really really dont.
