I had to move the shucked Oysters out of the pan because they were under water. I ate them, and the next day I had intestinal issues. For the next week plus I was sick. And I'm on vacation, we didn't go back. I'm not sure what the kitchen is like but that really sucked. Everything else was great and I should have refused to eat those Oysters. It did keep us from going back. O yeah, my Grouper Fingers Beer Batter was overcooked on the outside. A terrible thing to do to a piece of Grouper.
