If I could give a zero I would, take my truck over there, dude gives me a price to fix bed and paint. I return when he said it was done, over spray all over my tailgate, trailer hitch, back window, tires and rims, and roof, they did not cover nothing. He proceeds to tell me to bring truck back on the 28 cause he was going on vacation and he would take care of the overspray on the truck and paint my trailer hitch, well arrived back over there today due to he wasn't available on the 28 th like he said. He is now denying the overspray and started yelling at me and hit my truck tailgate and bed rail. I guess it serves me right for PAYING IN FULL before the job is complete. I have never been treated like a POS from any business owner like this guy. I AM TELLING YOU ALL DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE SHIT. Funny thing is I had a witness that heard the whole thing about the overspray and he is still denying it. Oh and he wanted to park my truck in a storage field for the night also. read more

Brought my vehicle in with slight damage on the rear passenger side quarter panel just above the wheel well. Carlos is very friendly, negotiable, and reassured a quality finished product. I left my vehicle on a friday afternoon and picked it back up the following wednesday evening. After being able to inspect my vehicle in the sunlight, there were noticeable flaws in the paint finish. A couple of areas of paint running from overspray. An area that had been too roughly sanded reflecting a grey tint from the black finish. flaked off paint from a visible bolt in the wheel well. I was told to return so they could buffer the finish. Believing the work should have been done correctly the first time, i have not returned. My vehicle has a fiberglass camper shell that needed to be removed for the repair. All of the c-clamps had been reinstalled at about 3 times their torque specs, forcing one clamp to completely bend flat peeling paint off the inside of the bed frame and warping the inner plastic bed protector. Fortunately the camper shell is new and the dealer didn't charge for the replacement parts. The paint has since flaked off in 3 different places. Very disappointed at this point having spent money on a repair i cant really afford and having additional damage done. The 28 years of experience they boast is not reflected in the work they performed on my vehicle, and friendly service cant make up for it either. Other issues i wont mention keep me from returning as well. i would not recommend Kayoca Auto Body after my experience. read more

This is by far the best auto body shop I've been too. He covered my $500 deductible and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket except the pro rated value of the tire that was replaced, which was $100. I have a Mercedes c350 Benz that was in a horrible front end collision and was devastated and overwhelmed when I started to think what the repair was going to cost me. I went to a lot of body shops in the lake Elsinore area all of them I felt were charging me more money because of the car I drive and they were the least friendly people I've come across in a long time. I felt like I was just another number to them. Then I came across kayoca auto body and when I walked through the door I was greeted by a gentlemen name Carlos who was very nice and more then happy to go over everything with me on my car unlike the other guys. He walked me through each step it was going to take to repair my car at the point I didn't feel like another number he genuinely cared about every vehicle he worked on. And he's price was out of this world he did not charge me more because of the car I drive or try and sell me things that I didn't need. The work he did was out standing ! Everything from the engine structural supports to the new bumper and quarter panels all aligned perfectly and the color match couldn't have gotten any better. I am more then satisfied and will be coming back for many years to come as well as telling my friends not to go to a dealership or a body shop that's going to overcharge you.
