Well I…read moretell you what the difference is, on a windy day last week I came up behind a another company picking up curb side recycling and household trash cans. on RT 2 and could compare what I get from T & J and what I saw the difference. The other company worked like this the guy on the back would leap off the truck, empty everything and toss the bins back down to the ground and move to the next stop pretty standard stuff. I went for a short hike/walk and came back down RT 2 an hour later. The road was littered with recycling bins that the wind had blown back into the road. Now contrast that with what T & J Sanitation did at my house: they emptied the trash can and recycling bin, put the recycling bin back in the 90 gallon trash can THEY provided when I signed up and then wheeled back to where I normally keep it. At first I didn't know what happened to the recycling bin I thought it had blown away like those other ones I just saw, but I decided to open the lid and there it was! To me it says they care just that little bit extra and I love that.

They've left our trash can in the road, even when we're standing RIGHT THERE at our door watching them. The worst part was attempting to call them to get an explanation - first, they don't return calls. My husband finally DID reach them, but the woman answering the phone just started speaking over him, wouldn't listen to anything he was asking, got really loud and rude...it was incredibly unprofessional - she clearly doesn't want our business.
