I can't tell you how impressed I was with the customer service and friendliness of the staff, REAL people with a focus on customer service!! also, the price points were/are 100% on point :) !! the quality of the vanities on display was, of course, impressive as well, NONE are of the particle or OSB material you find at big box stores. do yourself a favor and shop these folks either first or last, either way, you will NOT be disappointed. support a local business versus a Big Box omni presence lol -Big Box - "get what you pay for " -Support a local business and you will get farrrr greater value and have your expectations far exceeded.

I wanted to like this store and the owner. But what was delivered was unsatisfactory, especially…read morefor the price. You can't really inspect the vanity if you live in an apartment because they will not remove the covering before it is brought up to the apartment and installed. Upon removing the cardboard packaging, and shrink-wrap, I found a nick on the quartz top, a cut (more like a "gash") on the left side of the vanity, and drawers that don't align or close to be level with the rest of the body. The last items especially cannot be known until the entire vanity is fully installed. The owner offered to replace it with another vanity. There are several problems with that -- one is removing the installation, which would include undoing the plumbing, and finding a way to bring it downstairs again, when bringing it upstairs was difficult enough. And the probability that these problems with the drawers not aligning will likely exist with the new vanity, since it has to do with sloppy construction and bad design. It's not likely that the piece that I have is the only one with these issues. Curiously, the handyman who installed the vanity showed me that there were holes drilled on the back of the vanity, as if someone had planned on attaching a mirror. That means that the vanity is either returned to the store or "manufacturer" or it's a second hand piece. As for the gash -- that is the most offensive flaw. I suppose I'll have to repair it with wood filler and live with it. What I have asked was that I be given a discount for these flaws. I hope the owner will change his mind and agree to do so.

We chose Castle to supply and install a quartzite slab for our outdoor kitchen for three key (to…read moreme) reasons. 1) Castle made a typically overwhelming process of selecting the right product easy and fun. Castle carries a wide selection of slabs of different material, some common and many unique. We were tempted by a much more expensive piece but were advised it wasnt the right material for our application. Speaks to the integrity of the business. 2) we were treated with respect and grace from start to finish. Our job wouldnt likely be a significant profit generator for Castle, which was known from the start, but we were handled with care and appreciation. That goes a long way with me especially living in South Florida where I find this uncommon. 3) At no point did I feel uncertain of pricing, timelines, etc. communication is very important to me as someone who needs details. Ray the owner was in regular communication on when the fabricator would be out to measure and template, followed by install then checking in to ensure we are happy. I feel price becomes less important when I know we're in good hands from a service perspective. I can't recommend Castle enough and wouldn't bother shopping around should a need for a future project

Beautiful job, hire these guys for tile flooring. The installers are artisans and the owner is…read moreeasy to deal with. Wet dog versus carpet in Florida is no match. Time to install a floor that can handle the demands of my house. My husband hired JM Flooring from an on demand house maintenance app. Sean came over to give us an estimate. The estimate seemed reasonable and what we were expecting. We scheduled this company to install a wood look tile floor in the master bedroom as soon as possible. The install estimate was $1,400 including disposal of the old carpet, moving the furniture, floor transitions, and grout. We purchased the tiles separately for about $600.00. We were asked to move the electronics and delicates before work began. We picked out and ordered the tile online from their preferred dealer Floor and Decor. Floor and Decor had what we wanted at a reasonable price so fine with us. JM picked up the tile and brought it to our home. Paulo the installer and his partner were spot on time each morning, working hard all day. The workers have been very easy to deal with. They just come and do their job. Nice. I highly recommend this company and would hire again.

Poor experience. This company lacks: 1- good logistics to ensure everything is ready the day…read morebefore. 2- effective communication, failed to recognize my materials were paid for two weeks before the install, but they never checked, and held up my project. They don't call after the job is completed to ensure you are satisfied. 3- overall poor company management, which creates unnecessary and avoidable problems. They came over late the day of the install, on July 28,2020. They admitted they forgot to add tile spacers to the shopping list, after I had paid for all materials at Floor & Décor two weeks earlier. They told me to reimburse them $38.51 for the spacers. I had no choice, but to pay them, (for their forgetfulness). Talk about being greedy. The two office people just mentioned, advised me, in person, to have the tile work professionally cleaned. No, it only required some moping. They also told me to have molding added, another additional expense, when it only needed a small amount of almond caulking. This company lacks leadership, organization skills, communication, and logistic skills, and good business ethics. Taylor, who actually did the tile installation, was one of the best I have ever seen, and I have had tile work done on all five of my houses. He was the only person that had integrity. Many thanks to Taylor. I contacted floor & Décor about this hot mess, because it's only JM Maia Flooring that are the incompetent ones.

We finally bit the bullet and decided to go for it. We spent a couple of months going to a bunch of tile stores looking at flooring and were finally able to agree on 24" x 24" porcelain tiles with a rectified edge. We found a tile that we liked and worked with Clay to order it. Clay came out to our house to measure and we paid a deposit on the tile to get it shipped to their warehouse which took a couple of weeks for the tile to come in. They're really good about working with you if there's a delay and you need to push back a date. Each subcontractor who came out was fantastic. The tile guys did a great job with the install. At the time we were tile shopping, we thought the 24" x 24" tiles were huge, but now that they're in our house, we realize that 36" x 36" wouldn't have looked odd. We paid a little extra for virtually dust free tile removal which was DEFINITELY worth it because we didn't have dust all over our house. I recommend that you get that if you're redoing your tile. The guys who came out to install our baseboards were just as amazing. Nothing in our house is normal and of course the walls are not straight. They made sure that the baseboards looked right. They even put the kick plates and trim back on the bottom of our cabinets. We had a couple of very minor issues which were dealt with professionally and promptly. I would definitely recommend this company if you are redoing your flooring. We now have beautiful floors and are extremely happy customers!
