I appreciated them initiating the inspection by calling me and asking if I would like them to come by (no-charge). A person arrived and inspected everywhere - inside and outside. When they found traces of termites and some damage we set up another appointment for someone else to come out to spray and repair the damage. Unlike my first experience, this process took two appointments rather than one. Besides how professional (arrived on time, wore slippers over their shoes in the house, wore face mask) and friendly both staff were, the best part was that I didn't have to pay for any of it! $2200 was covered under the $30 plan I had previously signed up for!
