Completely scratched my new car, I filled out a damage claim form and the manager said "it wasn't consistent with the brush lines" despite it being TOTALLY consistent. My car is now completely scratched on all four doors and has a massive paint chip on the hood. We have been using RPM for over three years. We have always found staff very helpful and courteous. Meets our needs well.

Purchased their unlimited mid-range plan, so I go through at least twice a week. Back in August, wash was as advertised. Car was clean, no issues. But the last few weeks, the right side of my windshield and the rear of the car come out still dirty, with some faint brush marks. Poor quality wash for the same high price. Still the best wash in Pullman, but that ain't sayin much!! read more

Do not go there if you have a taped wing on your car. If it's ripped off they will not cover the cost of repair. Scratches on the vehicle and the wing is broke. It was stuck on with 3M tape with a slight lift on each side. I've already been to an RPM car wash in Pullman Washington and did not have the same problem when I went through about five times. read more

I was extrememly excited for Pullman to welcome Express carwash to our neighborhood this summer. That excitement has been deminished by the owner Tara. Apparenently the monthly membership I signed up for in August wasn't a "monthly" trial but rather a "lifetime" according to her. The Express Carwash has taken 43.11 monthly out of my account Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan and will Not Reimberse my account. Although Tara did admit she can see I never used her carwash any other time, she doesn't feel it necessary to return my money. Tara also is aware of my back surgery & disabitlity leaving me unable to drive and still has no desire to return my money. Not a business I will recommend to anyone who considers greed over its community. Yes the vaccumes have powerful suction but so does the owner. Take your money elsewhere!!!! read more

It's nice to have an express car wash in Pullman. It's also nice to have better vacuums than other options that existed before. This IS locally-owned so they are invested in its success. I've seen some negative reviews on other sites (Google), though there aren't too many. I'm here to say that those negative experiences are just hiccups that happen when you start a new business. The whole experience was great! The attendant at the entrance to the wash tunnel took time to spray and scrub off grime/bugs off the front and back. The vacuums are powerful, and the whole facility looks very clean and organized. I particularly liked the clips that hold floor mats in an ergonomic position at the vacuum. The manager was very attentive and courteous. I had noticed that the tire walls and the wheel wells had not cleaned well, and I asked to run through again. The manager explained why that happened and allowed me to go through the wash even at a higher price. I will definitely be looking into the monthly membership! One minor suggestion is to have cleaning rags and sprays available for patrons to use for interior detailing. read more

I will never use their service again. I thought I had purchased a gift card, but apparently I bought a membership that was not explained to me and they will not refund me. She wouldn't even consider splitting the cost with me. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. They took $43.11 that was unauthorized out of my bank account twice.
