Decided to take it to Master's Touch. Jake said he would take a look, charge me for parts but said labor hours should be much less. Thought it was worth a try. Just picked the car up - and only had to pay $2550. He fixed the leaks and dash rattle, told me I didn't need struts, and even vacuumed the car. Wow, HUGE savings for me. Couldn't be happier. I spent over $4,000 for a new power steering pump, alignment, and they somehow found that my steering was still not straight (even though it was not an issue before) so they called me and told me everything they needed to do. Since I travel for work 5 days a week, I felt I had no choice but to let them continue and finish the service. When I brought the final cost and services to a different auto repair shop, they felt so bad for me for spending the money I did. That's when I knew I made a big, big mistake. They also don't have an issue pressuring you into making sure they get to work on your car. They want to overcharge and take advantage of people who have little to no car maintenance experience. They also take too long to get simple repairs done. I had my car dropped off for the above service. During that time, I needed to get a rental because they didn't have any loaner cars available (according to them). They promised me it would only take 2 days. I called every day for 4 days and then they changed the pick up day/time for the following day. Finally was ready. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!! I drove about 5 miles and started hearing noises as I drove on the main road. I took it back and they said my struts were worn out and they needed to be replaced. I asked them how did they not catch that during my initial service? They told me they didn't hear anything during the test drive and they didn't do anything to those parts of the car. BULLCRAP! They did a wheel alignment (or did they?). I took it to Les Schwab and they said my struts were fine that they were just loose and they did what they did for free and sent me on my way. My assumption for that is they want to take their sweet a$$ time so they can charge more for labor costs. So many issues with this crap auto repair company. I encourage anyone who is thinking of getting services done here to go elsewhere. Literally anywhere else in Moscow or Pullman. Heck, travel to Spokane/CDA if you have to. It will save you so much time, money and frustrations!

Half way to Colfax our tire pressure light came on and we could see we nearly had a flax tire! We found an air machine at the local petrol station and we filled'er up! When himself got down by the tire he could see we had picked up a nail! We found the nearest Les Schwab, and Rick, the nicest fella came out to see what we needed. I explained our situation and that I need to get to the wedding! He said, "not a prob, we will get u fixed right up!" They immediately got our car in the bay and are getting us fixed up!! They found us, and we are covered, cause that is Les Schwab! They stand by their work!
