Secondly, they'll lie right to your face and tell you some nonsense lie that has nothing to do with the issue because they can't own up to their mistakes. Went to get the bolt tightened on the oil pan that they left loose and they still didn't tighten it all the way. On top of that, they didn't top off our oil and put a filter in that we didn't need only to jam it into position causing more issues. Stay away from this business! Very corrupt and dishonest. Owner (Wilson) over charged for work not…read moredone. Truck was in the shop for weeks for a repair. Parts were picked up directly from the dealer and dropped off in person. One of the parts was broken and owner lied about the part status. Blamed a sub-contractor for the delay. When asked about the status they claimed the sub-contractor was not available. Then blamed the sub-contactor for breaking the part. After calling them out on their lies and inconsistent stories they said just pay and pick up for work completed. Payment was made and when the driver went to pick up the truck it was not ready/no work done and loose parts were on the floor. Wanted to charge daily fees if truck was not moved. Over charged ($1000's) for work not done. Police had to get involved. Stay far away. Very unprofessional and dishonest.
