This was back in the summer of 2021; I initially wrote a review on his business Facebook profile. However, he somehow managed to remove my review (along with several other 1 star reviews) and proceeded to block me. What I hired him for: leveling my property, ripping up existing contractors grass and weeds (new build), and re-seeding my lawn. What I got: a massive and dangerous drop from my back door to my backyard, a completely unsupported central AC unit, a yard that looked more bald than a 90 year old man, and tons of remaining weeds. In addition to the $7,500 I paid him, I had to shell out thousands more to have someone build stairs as well as a support for the AC. I will eventually have to pay even more for someone to come rectify the unlevel ground under my deck.

This was a new home for us and we had a lot of things we wanted to do but didn't quite have the vision. John worked with us every step of the way to help us create the beautiful backyard oasis we were looking for. The crew was always punctual and they worked tirelessly to complete the large job in a short time frame so we could leave for vacation knowing the job was complete.
