Silly me, I had my whole bathtub and kitchen sink back-up ‍ Joe from Jacobs Septic came within an hour of my call, not only drained my septic but also took apart the plumbing in my crawl space to find there was a blockage, cleared it, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. I only scheduled for them to pump my septic and they ended up doing 4 hours of work for me. Phenomenal. No other company was able to come on such short notice so they definitely get an A+ in my book.
