Knocked and because I was on the third floor I couldn't hear them so they just left. Called the after hours line to complain and was told I'd get a call to reschedule. A WEEK goes by with no call so I take initiative to call and reschedule. Now again this rescheduled date is somehow wrong in their system so I wasted a second day off waiting around. This contract is expensive and the lack of organization and accountability is unacceptable.
