I took my girlfriend'a car to him several months ago and he did a flawless job. I decided that I'd bring my new GS-F to him and he nailed it... again! What stood out most was his down-to-earth, no BS approach to client interaction. One suggestion - get yourself on NJ MVC's approved tint shop list. My first experience was at the Marlton location, quick and efficient work. This time around, I was coming to get another car tinted (just the 4 side windows) & I was told it was be 3-4hrs. I thought that duration was ridiculous and the parking lot was empty so I was confused why It would take so long. Anyway, the customer service rep Angelo told me it would take 3-4hrs and to wait in waiting room. I decided that's entirely too long to wait, just like anyone else would. I went to the front desk to tell them I was catching a Uber home & to call me when It was ready, I'd catch a ride back to pick up my car hours later like I was told. My uber comes to pick me up to take me 25 minutes home, once we got near my house they called me back and said that the car was finished that fast. I quickly told my Uber ride to take me back and sorry for inconveniencing her, she proceeded to tell me that she had just picked someone up from the same location that was told their car would take several hours to be done and they ended up calling in about 45 minutes saying that it was finished. Again, it seems to be a pattern of being inconsiderate and wasting peoples time and money. I spent $45 just to go for a ride and then turn around and come right back without any. Apologies for the inconvenience or reimbursement. I mentioned to Angelo, the front desk, customer service rep, in front of the manager as well, I was expecting 3 to 4 hours. That's why I paid for a ride to come and pick me up. Angelo says to me "yeah it's estimated 3-4hrs" , I said , "but, that was 45mins I just left here. Angelo responds, "when we're on it we're on it". I left because he clearly didn't see what the problem was or didn't choose to care, I thought it was pretty clear and common sense to recognize the inconvenience that you just caused someone. So yeah, very disappointed with the way that the situation wasn't handled and not addressed, very unfortunate because I like the companies actual work.

This is highly recommended as you want to protect your major investment, especially the model S and X, as they come from the California plant, which has a different regulated paint specifications! Like many people, I wanted to find a place closest to the dealership, so that there would be no paint chips on the way there. After finding AODetail, and reading all their positive reviews, and even how the owner responded to the only negative review for someone doing a last minute request on New Year's Eve, I decided to call and talk specifics with the owner, Nick. He was AWESOME from the very first conversation through the entire process! His prices were reasonable and his experience was invaluable. I had some ideas as to what I wanted and which products and we discussed pros and cons of each. On a few occasions, we discussed possible options and rather than try to make a quick buck like many do, he recommended honestly against them as they added little to no value at a higher cost. We talked about his customer service and business practices and philosophy and how it closely aligned with mine when I had my own business. He is a very friendly, patient, down to earth, and honest businessman. He is also a perfectionist, which I appreciate as I am one too! I could not be happier with the outcome, the process, the cost, the owner, the staff, the product choices, and ultimate customer service! These days it is extremely hard to find this level of customer service anymore. I wish more experiences were like this one. I had Tom do a few jobs for me and there was never an issue. However, I had gotten into an accident…read moreand the body shop that fixed my car damaged the vinyl and paid Tom to replace it. At first glance, the job looked to be well done. But, the edges and corners were a bit jacked up and he cut corners and didn't get the vinyl into the small areas in the middle of the hood or under the hood pins. I also paid him on top of that to remove and replace some precut tail light tints. Everything with them looked good until the tail lights were illuminated, then you could see a ton of spiderweb cracking along the entire light bar, including some deep cracks straight through the plastic that water could easily get into. I brought the car back to him and he assured me that he wanted to make it right. It took over a month and one bad Google review for him to finally respond to me. After leaving said review, he reached out to me within the hour and asked for a few weeks to get money together for the replacements, which I was fine with. But, he also said that he could just as easily say that the lights were cracked when he touched them or that they somehow broke after the fact. See the screenshot if you don't believe me. Kinda slimy, no? Anyways, I got an estimate for the repairs from my mechanic and sent it to him on May 1st. He again asked for another few weeks, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and figured I would give him until the end of May. I texted him on 5/26 to check in to see where we were at. Left on read. Again on 6/3. Left on read. Again 6/4. Left on read. 6/5... you guessed it, left on read. I would urge anyone considering this company for a vinyl wrap to reconsider. If Tom breaks something on your vehicle he won't take responsibility and repair it in a timely manner.
