It was the price that concerned me for a 6 year warranty water heater (the lowest, cheapest water heater) installed. I would have possibly negotiated for a better water heater, but the initial quote from Titanz really put me off. Well above market price, including all the permits required. Install won't happen for a couple of days. I get scheduling, so not too bad of hit. I've since installed the top of the line 12 year water heater (because I'm a nerd). The tech should have known I knew what I was doing (see nerd reference) since I've replaced both heater elements, both thermostats and the anode rod. I see the leak at the weld point of the top element (nerd with magnifying glasses). I've done my research and have maintained and installed water heaters in the past. I don't mind supporting local business, but dang guys: know your audience.

When I honked, he slammed his brakes on causing more damage. he slammed them so hard, it caused my daughter to break the eggs in her lap as we were headed home from the grocery store. Cars behind me were honking as it almost caused a pile up. this could have been very serious. When I called to complain, the person on the phone didn't seem that worried and stated that maybe something had happened to the driver. 41 is a main road, the speed limit is 45, he or anyone should never pull out in front of a bunch of oncoming traffic and then proceed to slam on the brakes. if there work is anything like they're driving, I would definitely not recommend them.

I had to call a plumber in. He confirmed that the seal was not set in correctly and had to replace it. This is an honest guy that did two previous jobs for me so I totally trusted him. I was in shock. Both toilets? How could this happen after such a short time. I paid for the repair and the second started up only a couple of weeks later, I called this plumber to let them know. I expected them to go out there. There is no way this should happen. People have toilets in their homes for 25 years before there are ever any problems and its' usually with things lie the flush valves etc, not a faulty seal! They had no intention of going out there free of charge. Of course not. This is a seasonal rental. The house is barely used. Absolutely something was done incorrectly.

My experience working with them was outstanding. Great people, very clear on what they were doing and kept me up to date on progress and process. This was a huge Job! Just about $30,000 including City permits, Several full days. I had issues and wanted to get them addressed before I had bigger problems. So, I got them fixed. It's been a year, and everything is working properly with no issues and thought to write this review. 1st Job was cleaning horizontal drain and installing a CIPP Liner which included video inspection, hydro-jet cleaning and installation of 3" and 4" "Cured in Place Pipe Liner" (CIPP) in the existing Pipes under my homes foundation. Cast iron Pipe drainage issues, the lining extends the life of the pipes. Issues resolved. Peace of Mind! 2nd Job was a complete home Re-pipe, When I purchase my home there had been room and bathroom additions, but I had issues with water pressure getting to the new parts of the home. Frustrating to say the least so I decided to have the Copper freshwater lines caped and have new Lines installed throughout the entire home. All new freshwater PVC pipes installed accessing walls and attic to replace hot and cold-water lines in bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, hose bid and water main. A new water heater and garbage disposal included. Another big Job. To Be honest this was the smartest investment I ever made. Water pressure is amazing, the lines were installed throughout the attic and run behind walls, so the work is not visible. 10 Year warranties. Its been a year and no issues and I love knowing I have clean fresh water coming into the house with amazing pressure on new lines. I highly recommend Mike Douglas, they did an outstanding job.
