I went with Bloomington Relocation Services because Douglas, supposed a sales person, is really a client advisor and a geniunely nice, service oriented guy. He did a great walk through with me, gave me all the information I asked for, gave me a lot of good advice, etc. Make a long story short, this guy had me at "service". He was good to his word in every respect. He said, if I shipped with them, I could get free boxes. I got free boxes and other supplies. Saved me a bunch of money. Probably the best client advocate ever. Then I connected with Tina, the inside move coordinator. Very professional, proactive and caring. She kept up with me and also gave me good advice. I was FLOORED by the folks who actually moved me. Andy was our driver and ... there just aren't words for how good he was - both on pick up and delivery. He was there for us, to help, to guide. I called a few more times in the afternoon and no one answered. I later got a text from Robert that stated "Let give them a call now sorry I have no service ". I never heard back until several hours later in the late afternoon. I received this text from Robert "We are truly sorry our guys can't make it to you on time today we was running behind and I was currently on the plane with no service. I can refund you your $20 to Venmo on Monday morning I can send it to your Apple Pay right now whichever one works best for you once again we are truly sorry!! " I requested a $20 deposit refund by Venmo on Monday morning. We never received a refund for the deposit. Unfortunately, we would not be able to recommend this company. Our experience was not good.

The major problem with the full service movers was the loading and unloading personnel, so we hired some very well rated services on both ends. Selecting a loading service with experience in packing trailers (ideally ABF/U-pack trailers) is critical to insure your valuables aren't bouncing all over the truck. Long story short; U-packs communication and process was excellent. Our items arrived on schedule and undamaged. Moving is no fun and I never want to do it again, but if I had to, I wouldn't hesitate to use U-Pack again.

They came in on the lower side of their time estimate, which was great. The team consisted of Bradley himself, plus 2 others, so a 3 man team. Their rates were the same as the going rate in town for movers (Kenneys, 2 Men and a Truck) BUT they had 3 people rather than 2, which I think helped with the time it took to move us. They did get our mattress a little dusty/dirty in their truck, so I would suggest they start using plastic sheeting or something to keep things clean.
