It all functions automatically - for extra peace of mind. The pre-sales/estimate process was quick and efficient, and the front office staff were very friendly over the phone. After we scheduled the installation, they provided everything that our town needed to issue a building permit. On our installation date the crew went above and beyond the call of duty, accommodating our request for a slight change in location that required some creativity and skill in routing gas line and electrical conduit. The end result was great, and our house was none the worse for wear. The team also provided a good overview of care and maintenance of the system -- though for the most part it is truly automatic and requires only minor annual service.
