He was good to his word in every respect. He said, if I shipped with them, I could get free boxes. I got free boxes and other supplies. Saved me a bunch of money. Probably the best client advocate ever. Then I connected with Tina, the inside move coordinator. Very professional, proactive and caring. She kept up with me and also gave me good advice. I was FLOORED by the folks who actually moved me. Andy was our driver and ... there just aren't words for how good he was - both on pick up and delivery. He was there for us, to help, to guide. I received this text from Robert "We are truly sorry our guys can't make it to you on time today we was running behind and I was currently on the plane with no service. I can refund you your $20 to Venmo on Monday morning I can send it to your Apple Pay right now whichever one works best for you once again we are truly sorry!! " I requested a $20 deposit refund by Venmo on Monday morning. We never received a refund for the deposit. Unfortunately, we would not be able to recommend this company. Our experience was not good.

Selecting a loading service with experience in packing trailers (ideally ABF/U-pack trailers) is critical to insure your valuables aren't bouncing all over the truck.
