They just don't accept plastic or glass bottles here. This place looks like a dump but the customer service is very fast and efficient. Most of the workers here are Spanish speaking so hopefully you can make out what they tell you. My Spanish is Sykes rusty so I only understood 5% of what they said. All in all, this was a pleasant experience. Obviously, you're not gonna get rich by recycling anything but it does give you some pocket change to maybe buy a lottery ticket or two. I don't recall what the exact redemption value was for bringing in your unwanted cans for cash but I got around 50 cents for maybe 1.5 lbs of soda cans. Almost enough for a $1 lottery scratcher. The workers here will unload your trunk for you and weigh it all and than give you the proper amount of money. Fast service and you don't even need to lift a finger besides opening your trunk that is. I'm from Hawaii and back home, you can actually pay a utility bill or cell phone bill with your recycling money. Not here in Phoenix, it's a totally different process here so I'm gonna start trashing all my recyclables instead. Hope this helps my fellow planeteers!!

I decided I might as well do a deep clean and clean the entire house out of all the clutter that accumulated over the years. I searched around for a dumpster that I could rent and stumbled upon junk busters. The entire process was seamless. Jesus told me how much everything was gonna be no hidden fees he really made this process as easy as possible. I really appreciate the fact that he was professional. He was on time and he made the process that much easier for me. It was already a little bit stressful because I was cleaning out years of memories that I didn't really wanna get rid of, but I know they had to go very thankful for the quality of service worth every single penny 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend and I would definitely use this service again.

Outstanding customer service from the first phone call to the final email. The 10 yard that was delivered was on time and clean. Clear instructions as to what and not to dump as well as communication on when they were dropping off and picking up. These small details are a huge plus to a home-owner who doesn't rent these but once in a month of blue moons. Definitely will go through RSTY Dumpsters again. read more

After he left I noticed the carpet was very wet and squishy but because I usually always clean my own carpets, and never had a professional come in, (I'm immune compromised and don't wear shoes in my home - this one room was where I kept my cat's litter box so it kind kind of a bit much for me to do on my own) I thought maybe it was normal and he did say it would take 6 hours to dry. I also never noticed any steam coming from the machine so I highly doubt he even used hot temperature to disinfect like he said he would. Fast forward to 12 hours later... the carpet is still wet and deep underneath the padding and the whole room smells like musty wet dog... I immediately tried my best to dry it and opened the window even though it's scorching hot outside and tried using a wet vac over it multiple times to get out the moisture. He's only been in business for a few months and had no idea he was all the way from Peoria when I'm in Mesa. Now I need the carpet completely removed and have A remediation company decontaminate the room since now it has mildew and microbial growth which is going to cost me $2000. When I told him about the issue he offered to put antimicrobial spray on it or remove the carpet. WHY DIDN'T HE JUST DO IT RIGHT? He needed to suction the water up more. Everywhere I looked online says that unexperienced technicians will do this or ones with cheap or faulty equipment and do not suck up enough water leaving you with this mildew problem that you may need to tear out the carpet, so be careful with professional carpet cleaning!!!! I asked him if he was insured he said yes but refuses to give me his license number or his insurance information. and is now ignoring me. He was quick to cash the check though. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. He's a one man show, he has no workers. Don't end up like me with a nightmare. Look elsewhere.
