Chris responded promptly and came out to put the carpet back in place; stretching, trimming, smoothing around corners and in the closet, as well as fixing two areas in which we had to cut the carpet to pull it back after the saturation. It looked great afterwards, as if nothing had happened. Overall, a very easy and pleasant experience and we would definitely call him again if in need.
