Front of house is your first impression of any business. Upon reading reviews, it seems to have been a long standing issue with billing, and management. If you have to pay your staff to understand the meaning of hospitality, please do so. There are so many options, and it takes very little effort to make a client or patient to feel appreciated in an already saturated market. I won't be returning, and, as much as I value Mrs. Williams, it isn't her job to put out "house" fires (which she did, beautifully). I would expect more from Leawood.

Dr. Levi is amazing and I cannot praise him and everyone enough. I'm 3 weeks out, swelling and bruising minimal, pain management not really needed past day two, just a feeling of tightness. A follow up for suture removal went fine, and I'm seeing more results by the day. This is THE place to go for men and women considering cosmetic enhancement. Woo hoo! Second cancelled the morning of the surgery for info they should have had or cancelled before we were headed to the procedure (can you imagine) 10 plus calls to get someone to answer the phone to commitment on a refund. A false narrative provided on how long it takes a bank to remit funds in addition to incorrect information on how much and when they pulled funds from our account Then, in just an act of incompetence, on back to back days three week post failed surgery date my wife and then I get text updates on someone else's procedure from this office. Consistent with past practice I called several times to report with no answer and when they picked up I was told no one was available to discuss and that they didn't send the text re other people's surgeries. I'm not going to post them, but I am tempted...I will be reporting to the medical board. I have NEVER posted a review on anything but this is medical and just outragous. Stay away, life is short and don't trust your spouse's life to such unprofessionalism. Forced to leave a star rating to post; none wasn't an option. Scary a place like this is allowed to practice. This is my first and last public statement on this topic as I gave the office plenty of time to deal with me directly. If they choose to react to this post v talk with me directly as requested now twice I will release their txt messages on other persons procedures to further support my post. When I was leaving, she pretty much just gave me a baggie and said the aftercare instructions are in there. I said, who do I reach out to if I have any questions being that this is a peel and I don't want to mess my face up. She gave me her number. After two days, I had a question on how I was peeling and if it was normal. She never responded. I ended up messaging the Instagram acct and asking the questions. The person responding through messenger was nice enough. The lady who applied my peel didn't reach out to me until a week after the appt and only asked how my peeling went then tried to get me to come in for more products/sessions. I paid over $250 for this, the results were okay but it could have really messed up my face if I did it wrong. The least she could have been is responsive or a little more informative. Very disappointing for a place, I usually enjoy visiting.
