I have been a Yelper for many years, and admittedly, I don't take the time to leave a review for places and services I have used in the past. I am sitting down and taking the time to type down this review for RSVPpassports because I am thoroughly impressed and blown away with the service I received from Tony. To make a long story a short one, my valid and current passport's expiration date was less than six months away. Many airlines have policy about not allowing the traveler onboard for not having enough cushion with the expiration date. I found out about this within a few days before the departure date - imagine my stress level going through the roof! After getting my passport pictures taken at the FedEx store, I wasn't sure where to get an expedited passport right away. I checked online and saw many passport services requiring appointments, and I was not getting through with some numbers (answering machine or automated system). I had a last minute trip to China come up so I needed to get a visa quickly. The nearest Chinese consulate is in Houston. However I had neither the time nor the inclination to make the 7 hours round trip there and get it done myself. So naturally I looked for a passport service on Yelp and found Tony and RSVPpassports. I'll be honest when I say I was a little bit wary at first about handing over a main form of identification to someone I don't know. So I did as much homework as I could. I checked the reviews here and on other sites, as well as the Better Business Bureau which RSVPpassports is registered with. Everything checked out. Still, it was with some trepidation that I met up with Tony at a Starbucks near me. Tony won me over quickly with his earnestness and enthusiasm. He answered all of my questions with candor.
