If you've been to a Total Wines before - you know how it goes... they're usually the size of an old Toys R Us but aimed at adults looking to waste, I mean spend, money on booze (or cigars, which seem to have a serious fanbase the few times I've been here). I spoke with a manager named Melissa and I don't want to be negative, so I'll just say she did not seem to take the issue seriously. I would not have made this review, because the cashier could just be having a bad day and it's okay not to like me. But a bad manager needs feedback for the good of the store and to do better for future customers. This isn't mentioning that we ended up switching lines to this rude cashier because the other cashier didn't let us know that she was waiting for a customer to return to pay while his family held up the line. This is not abnormal, but I do regret switching lines, but I regret visiting here more. I will say that the people in the store that asked if I needed help were very nice. And the gentleman in central customer service area was quick to help when I asked for a manager. Perhaps some of them deserve a promotion. They have a very wide selection, but I find the prices to be just a little higher than other big beverage stores in the area.
