Now, once again, I find myself straying... sorry River Edge but Totowa's making me weak in the knees. Lots of aisles. Lots of product on those shelves. Lots of space between the rows so you and your fellow shoppers aren't at risk of bumping into each other with your carts. If you've been to a Total Wines before - you know how it goes... they're usually the size of an old Toys R Us but aimed at adults looking to waste, I mean spend, money on booze (or cigars, which seem to have a serious fanbase the few times I've been here). I've found some new/unique imported beers as well as a few interesting organic wines at this location that I never saw at their other stores. [Every Total Wines location is a bit of a drive for me but worth the mileage.]

The customer service associate was super helpful and even put the bottles on hold for me. Love the cheese refrigerator area. Tons of snacks to go with your wines too. Ended up buying quite a few things and they even offered me a box to help carry it all out.

This store is busy due to its location and the owner has put no money into this store in years it's pretty gross inside. The carpet is so dirty fixtures are falling apart and the selection of wine is terrible. NJ is behind the times with its old outdated liquor license laws that allow this to happen.

Great service! I had been using another chain liquor store…read moreon Route 23, but they stopped carrying the wine that my wife and I love. So I stopped in to inquire if this store had it in stock. They did not, but the owner stated he would get a case delivered in 1 day for me which he did. Pretty Cool. On top of that I stopped back in to purchase wine for my mother and father in law and the owner suggested a better tasting wine at the same price point. I wasn't sure since most people like what they are used to and he did an amazing thing. He gave me 2 bottles of each to sample at no cost on good faith without asking for anything just to see if they liked it. Well they loved it. I went back and purchased a case of each for them for the year so they had it. I am a customer for life. They blew me away with service!
