I've had the most Horrible experience here. I took my brand new 2020 Drz 400 here for its first service. They failed to properly tightly my oil bolt which fell out the next day going down the road at 60 mph I didn't know until my bike shut off. I bring it back to them and the put new oil in and tell me the bike is fine. But it sounds like shit. It's knocking and ticking so loud and the owner tells me this is how they all sound. I didn't realize they were not qualified to do warranty work with Suzuki which they did not mention. So my warranty is now void. So they charged me 230 bucks to ruin a brand new bike. read more

bought a 2004 Suzuki hayabusa that they had rebuilt paid cash and waited weeks for them to finish it tired of waiting on a part they had ordered I went and bought one myself to speed up the process finally got to pick the bike up made it 5 mins down the road before it started running hot got it back to the shop and it didn't have any coole in the radiator after fixing this problem I got it home and have been workin on it ever since awful place of bissnes and this is just a short summary of this terrible busa nightmare I got from rat cycle read more

I had a high end Yamaha Viking that need repair. Drove the Viking into their shop for a $100 repair. They called back two days later stating that the ECU was also bad and it will not run at all. What?? Now the bill is $700. There was additional miles on the motor too. They stated that it was out of warranty. Not! Good until 2019. I personally think that they probably blew up the ECU and charged me for their error. I picked up my broken Yamaha, paid their holding ransom and took to another dealer who was nice and respectful. WOW What a difference. They confirmed the problem and reported under warranty. NEVER Take your toys to be repaired at RT cycles. No customer service and crooks! read more

If I had written this review awhile back, it would not be as civilized as this one is. My experience with this dealership infuriated me (to say the least). I'm so glad to be the first review here. Before I came to this place, I already knew what kind of motorcycle I wanted. So, I should tell you, it is not an issue of the product... well, at least not yet. I love my ride. I purchased a motorcycle from this dealer that had been sitting on the floor for about a year. They put a dealer tag on it and the owner says, "Give me about 30 days and I'll give you the paperwork you need to get your tag." I'm thinking this is normal, but I had never purchased a motorcycle before, so I was a bit naive. So 30 days comes and goes and no one ever calls. I went down and say can I have my title (still naive to how it all works) now? I had paid for the bike IN FULL at this point. I did not finance. I was told well, the bike is "on demo" and I can't give you the paperwork yet. Now he tells me it's going to be ANOTHER 30 days. I said, that was not our agreement. He insists that the motorcycle is a "Demo" and that "they" will come in any day expecting to see the paperwork for the motorcycle since it is on demo. (Never did find out who "they" were). I said, demo or not, I paid for it! He insisted that I received a "deep discount" because it was a demo. I said it was a fair price but, let's be honest--he didn't give the bike away. I asked other dealers about the whole "demo" thing. They had no idea what that was about. They said they sell their demo bikes all the time, with the title paperwork. Also, I wanted to buy local instead of going to Atlanta and wheeling and dealing in the big city. The motorcycles are cheaper at the bigger dealerships. And now I wish I had gone there. I finally gave up on trying to get my paperwork until they were ready to give it to me. They said they would call this time, but they didn't. I finally called and they acted as if it had been waiting for me the whole time. I rode back there and they just slid the paperwork across the counter. No "thanks for your business", nothing. I am not impressed with their business practices. That's what you get I guess when you pay up front instead of financing??? I almost wonder if it would have been a different experience if I had financed it. I doubt it. I hope they don't treat everyone like this. Bottom line. Don't buy here. Go to Atlanta if you can. If I can help it, I won't be back here-ever. read more

After 45 days shop had replaced my bike's good regulator rectifier with an incorrect part and misdiagnosed a burned up stator. When I called to discuss problem with the owner he said "I am putting the phone on the counter-you can talk until you are blue in the face". No help from RT and no help from Suzuki customer service. read more

I would not suggest anyone ordering a part through this business. I needed a simple clutch lever. They said they could order it and it will be here in 3-5 days, I could have ordered it through ebay and it would have been here in a guaranteed 5 days but I went ahead and let these guys order it for me, even though it was almost double the price, I wanted it sooner. After waiting 7 days I decided to call and ask about it and they said there is no guarantee it would be here in the time they told me it would be here. The next day they blame it on the ups driver being late. The next day, they say the ups driver left it at the shipping facility but they have one there that might work. I pick that one up and it doesn't fit so I take it back and we discuss grinding down this new part to make it work and I said if the part I need is ordered I will wait for it one more day. My guess is they ordered the wrong part and don't want to own up to it and they keep blaming it on ups. It has been 10 days now since I placed the order and still no clutch lever. I asked for a refund so I can just order it through ebay and they refused, saying the order has been shipped and no refund would be given. I will not do business with this company again and I suggest that anyone needing a part just to do their shopping online. read more
