Brand New Scout Bobber Twenty customized to my personal fit and tastes

If you are looking for an Indian/Polaris product and you are even remotely nearby, this is the place to go! From the very 1st moment I walked in, to driving off with my beautiful new Scout Bobber Twenty, I had an absolutely wonderful experience met with professionalism, kindness and patience. I was given guidance and expertise to help me feel confident in finding the right bike for my personal fit without ever feeling pressured or being rushed. The staff also went out of their way help me customize my bike to fit my tastes above and beyond what's offered through the stock options. When I took my bike home I felt confident and secure with my purchase, understanding of the bike, and expectations of responsible care. The staff was exceptional and I am very happy and satisfied with the entire process. I couldn't have asked for more, excellent top notch experience

Great selection of bike and clothes. Great choices for wine, too. The customer service was super friendly!

We were charged $1250/10 hours of labor after requesting a full motor rebuild, only gaskets and oil filter were replaced. Says he threw in a clutch but it is not on the receipt. Receipt does not even have his business name on it. We were not given a call when the bike was opened up to let us know that pistons were within tolerance and would not be replaced. He did not keep and show us any broken parts which is the norm for other shops. Charged for an oil filter... THIS BIKE DOES NOT HAVE AN OIL FILTER?!!!!!! Numerous parts hand tightened and scary loose, very very very dangerous. We now have other issues from parts that were removed and are very nervous to even ride it Now. Good thing we checked his work. Save yourself the trouble and take your money elsewhere!!

For those of us who has older equipment and just want to get things running again they are not the people I had old DS 450 that was in dire need of some tender, loving care, my friend who is the training manager for bombardier recommended that I contact them but what a mistake $1500 later and a lot of rude comments and very unhelpful staff I get the DS back in a very bad state not running handle grips stolen the coolant, cap gone, and everything is in disrepair or loose or unattached. Take a look for yourself at the pictures and see if this is the kind of people you want to deal with. The last time I saw my 4 wheeler it was running and you were going to see if the other motor was a possibility. NOW I RECEIVE IT IN A STATE OF DISREPAIR AFTER WAITING MONTHS TO HEAR BACK FROM YOU. I'll pass them up and go to Georgia instead.

No better place to open an e-bike shop in downtown Chattanooga near the bridge making it the ideal place to rent a bike to enjoy the day, or the evening. The purpose for my writing today, though, is specifically to relate to others about my experience. I heard about this place from a third party. They were having a Grand Opening event and after work, I decided to go check it. My goal was to gather information to educate myself more on e-bikes with the intent on owning one some day. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted by Adam & since it was the Grand Opening, his family was there as well supporting him. After talking with Adam and later being offered to test ride the bikes around the park, I will say I was not expecting I would get the opportunity to ride and feel what a top tier e-bike is. Despite riding in the cold winds, the bikes felt great, smooth riding. Chattanooga definitely has amazing bike paths to enjoy. Once the weather gets warmer, I will definitely return and do a day rental. The rates [both hour & day] are very affordable. I appreciated that Adam took the time to answer all the questions I had and that I got to test ride the bikes. When it comes to warmer weather days, I can see this business booming. I will definitely be returning as mentioned and I definitely recommend this bike shop to all. Even if you're curious & may not intend to purchase or rent a bike, stop by and learn a little bit about the bikes. You might even get the opportunity to ride one of the bikes.

Justin "jp" kept finding excuses to not let me test drive the unit. "We have to sign a waiver" "we have to do this" ok so let's do it. We looked over everything and I was in line for a finance person and I asked again and he was like oh she's ready now. By the time i left finance papers were signed for almost $10k at which point he really couldn't stop me from driving it. But had I not be happy the papers were already signed and my money was taken. When I asked about a helmet since I just spent almost $10k he's response was "well the paper work is all done" as if it couldn't have been adjusted. So he passed me off to the other sales persons and made sure to tell him as well that the deal was done and he's not be providing a helmet with the sale or any discount that the helmet guy could show me what they had but no deal would be offered. Pretty poor system and I doubt the cheapest helmet getting tossed in on a deal Would make or break them. Honestly I probably wouldn't go back to that location as I feel like the whole goal was to get my money not make me feel comfortable or appreciated as a buyer.
