I had read some bad things online about Crockett. This was not my experience. Took my challenger for 5k check and everyone from sales staff to service provided excellent customer service. I had mentioned via phone b4 going that I was 2hrs away and was told to bring and they would work me in. The service department said they would get to it that day if I wanted to stay in town. My experience with Sara Holden and Crockett Power sports started on a Monday morning with a simple question asked on a Indian Facebook page. Within a few minutes, Sara had sent me a DM, she worked with me 1/2 of the day before saying, "I wont be able to find that out till tomorrow, we are closed today" (it was her day off) We agreed to talk when she was actually working (the following day) Tuesday she spent the better part of the day working on a Pursuit deal, she was never pushy, or any pressure at all, she is very friendly and honest. Have a Slingshot with a recall. On 9/1 made an appt. for 9/21 @ 9:30. Got there and they didn't have the part (65 mi. one way) so gave me a shirt(??). A week plus one day later on 9/29 I called to check on status...they have the part! Earliest they could get me in was 10/10 @ 9:30 (I wanted 1st thing in the morning). One would think that they would have called to let me know that the part came in and would have made appropriate arrangements to get me in at my earliest convenience which would have been the following week when the weather was much better. When I do go for the appointment I will give them back their shirt. read more

I was very happy with the sales team. I have purchase two motorcycles from this dealership. Cayce was my salesperson both times and a great person and very knowledgeable about both bikes computer system and set up. My review of only giving this dealership a three star is because of my bad experience with the service department. This last time I waited months for a replacement part and had to call Indian directly in order to get the part ordered. I took my bike to Crockett for the install. I didn't notice till after I left there that there was a dent in my gas tank from a wrench. Just this week we needed to take the fairing off for something else and found missing bolts. On a previous occasion I had this dealer replace my headlamp to an LED and I was lucky I made it home before it fell off. I will not use them for service anymore. Easy to get to off Hwy 153 at the Amnicola exit and on to access road. They have a great selection of Victory and Indian Motorcycles as well as the "slingshot", which is worth the drive to see it. First and foremost what impressed me besides the quality of the products was the professionalism and friendly staff. They make you feel right at home and they know their products. I had purchased a Victory Cross Country Tour Motorcycle last year. I wanted an Indian Roadmaster, but it just sat too high for me and they did not have a lowering kit. Well I showed up for a bike ride last Saturday I found out they now have a lowering kit for it. Well guess what, Casey, the salesman/manager worked out a great trade in for me so I traded in my Victory and now a proud owner of the Roadmaster. I was able to add the lowering kit, handlebars that pulled back a couple more inches and a number of other accessories. I have owned Harley's, Kawasakis, Hondas and Yamahas, and while they are all great bikes, the Indian product line is cutting edge, yet it still embraces the old Indian theme. The Victory also is unique and stands alone. But this review is not about the Roadmaster I bought so sorry but just so excited about it. However, if you get the chance, test drive an Indian or Victory, you won't be disappointed. And what really makes it even better is the staff; they treat you like family. They know the product and they do what they say. Oh yea, they also have a number of used MC (Lots of Harley's) that have been traded in so if that is something you want, I suggest you go by and look at them. Bottom line is I have to give them a 5+ for product, customer service and family atmosphere so check it out, you won't be disappointed. read more

What a wonderful experience in purchasing an American Classic Motorcycle. Most motorcycle dealerships are cold, greedy, and the service department is the worst. Not here at Crockett Powersports, from the Owner to the Service Techs everyone was so friendly, helpful, and honest. I was able to purchase my dream motorcycle, my first Indian Scout, a truly American made motorcycle and the experience in this purchase was a dream too. John, Cayce, and Sara were knowledgeable, professional, and so helpful in answering all my questions regarding the purchase. The Shop Staff and Service Techs were very knowledgeable as well with accessories, upgrades, and maintenance questions for the motorcycle. First a quick back story. As a retired business, marketing, sales training consultant and secret shopper. I know a little bit about what makes for a great business. I've worked with several powersport businesses in the past and even operated my own. That brings me to Crockett Powersports, Chattanooga TN. I been meaning to stop in and check out the company for some time, and Saturday 02-18-2016 @ 4:50pm 10 minutes prior to close seemed to be the perfect time. By experience, this is a good time to get a true test of what customers can expect at any time or day. WOW !!!!! The Meet & Greet could not be more warm or sincere. We were offered a beverage (nice touch). And invited to freely view the store. After a few minutes we were introduced to a charming young man named Cayce. This brings me to my most suggested Improvement to your enterprise. All staff members were attired in fashionable product promoting attire w/ name tags ( i can never remember names). After his quick inquiry Cayce gave me a brief but very informative bio regarding their business, products, history and mission focus. Product knowledge, as well as features/benefits presentation was the best I've ever experience without being tutorial. Even with him knowing that I was not an immediate buying prospect. He none the less invited me back in the future for a demo ride of the Slingshot which would be the most likely unit that I'd be interested in. I could not give this business a better rating unless there were 7 stars. You owe it to yourself and deserve the enjoyment of visiting them whether you are a serious buyer or just a motorcycle enthusiast. My only suggestions would be to always appear that your open when you are. A lighted OPEN sign and maintaining a staff vehicle at or near the front door at all times easily delivers this message. Being open Monday breaks the norm. You might also consider being open for limited hours on Sunday. This performs as a waypoint for weekend riders. I hope this review helps shoppers and brings many more threw their door. Next time I'll take you up on that soda. read more
