We went to a few different places to look for equipment and felt most comfortable at Gym Source. Our sales rep Darren was a huge help. We were/are very happy with our purchase. Unfortunately they botched our delivery date which was upsetting, however I will say that once I got in touch with Regional Supervisor Jay Sanchez everything got back on track. Because the average person will not think to ask the delivery person to take the sheet of the clip board and look on the back, before sighing it! When the front say, how did we, do rate us. Very deceptive. I worked in sales and customer service. The only response you will get there is a woman trying to talk over you, everytime you speak. They wanted 20% restocking fee, when it was obvious that the bike was already used and restock. I wonder who paid that 20%. I would not go along with the bike going to the next person and paying 20%.
