Great experience with the tech that came out Renet for the dryer cleaning. He shimied himself behind two double stack dryers and made that work to push out the gunk in my vents. Then we went outside, and for the exterior he realized he didn't have a big enough ladder. Instead of leaving and going back to the office, he got creative and we borrowed a neighbors ladder next door. He ended up finding a birds nest and wasp nest making home in dryer vent. When he was done, he made a makeshift vent cover to keep the birds out. Above and beyond! Would easily recommend these guys services again. read more

Santa made one hell of a mess when he came down our chimney this year! Good thing A Clean Group was there to take care of it. My Love and I enjoy using our fireplace in the chilly months. We started noticing a backdraft situation where puffs of air would come down the chimney and splay little pieces of ash all over the place like snow. Time to clean that bad boy! They provided an accurate and upfront pricing estimate for dryer vent cleaning. During cleaning, he asked me if had any questions or issues with dryer. I told him that the dryer lint catcher wasn't sitting properly and was causing clothes with long strings to get entangled with its edge. I had an appt scheduled for within the week for both chimney and dryer vent cleaning (as required by my HOA every two years). They called the morning of my appt and gave me an ETA. A Clean Group has been timely and responsive throughout our interactions. We scheduled a cleaning and cap installation and they were available nearly immediately. Renai climbed up in the rain (!) but determined he didn't have a cap that fit our chimney and scheduled a return visit. A bird decided to die in our chimney in between first and 2nd visit, and when I checked with Stan in a disgusted panic he was quick to assure me they could handle that as well. Renai removed the bird, cleaned the chimney, and capped it. He also noted some damage he recommended getting fixed and pointed out we had a 2nd chimney that was also without a cap. They were able to again schedule a convenient time to return and quickly completed the work. In sum, they were responsive, reasonably priced, and very thorough and polite.
