Robert was incredibly helpful with figuring out what I needed and answering tons of questions for me (as I evaluated ten companies and rated them all to determine who was the best one for the job). The installation guys were all incredibly nice and polite, especially Steve and Jimmy who came back on Saturday to finish after storms on Friday kept them from completing the job that day. Waiting for the windows took a while so I think we did end up waiting like 2-3 months between that visit and getting them installed which was the only negative of our experience. Installation team was fantastic. I think there were 3-4 people there. Ed was in charge. Just nice guys, we felt comfortable having them in the house. Cleaned up very well. Everything looks great and very professionally installed. Kept us updated with some random things they found (rotting wood) when reframing the windows. Again answered questions anytime we had them. On time both coming and leaving. Cost seems reasonable for what we got and from speaking with friends but I'm no window expert. Planning on having them come back out next year to finish the rest of the windows. Good experience overall.

And in a lot of ways, it was -- the last three windows that Louie and Ameon expertly replaced for me turned out to be fully rotted around the frames, unbeknownst to me.
