They have a true eye for detail and take pride in their work. I warned Bryan from the beginning that I am extremely detail-oriented and have very high expectations. He assured me he could have the sliding door made within 2-3 weeks. I was skeptical because every other contractor I spoke with quoted me 6-8 weeks. Sure enough, Bryan was right on schedule and had the door ready and installed within the timeframe he promised. His crew arrived on time, was professional, respectful, and left everything clean when the job was finished. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. I had my windows replaced by a different company just last month, and unfortunately, that experience was a disaster. I only wish I had known about Smart Shield Windows before hiring the other company for my windows! I give Smart Shield Windows an A+. He got me the estimate quickly and then came back out again to do exact measurements for the final estimate. Again, just very helpful throughout the process. Waiting for the windows took a while so I think we did end up waiting like 2-3 months between that visit and getting them installed which was the only negative of our experience. Installation team was fantastic. I think there were 3-4 people there. Ed was in charge. Just nice guys, we felt comfortable having them in the house. Cleaned up very well. Everything looks great and very professionally installed. Kept us updated with some random things they found (rotting wood) when reframing the windows. Again answered questions anytime we had them. On time both coming and leaving. Cost seems reasonable for what we got and from speaking with friends but I'm no window expert.
