The technician was nice and came over to look and provided a cost (165) for repair, which I kindly agreed upon and he mentioned that he had to order parts. Well after a week and a half he visited today did the install and then says the price is now 215. I'm not happy with how a company does business in that manner. Personally I should have known better and asked for the order in writing but I presumed that they were of a good and trustworthy company so I didn't. Commitment and integrity I feel is lacking. Should have honored the price agreed upon. And if there was such a difference between the two should have made me aware prior to doing the job not after. I called the office and ha e not heard back from the company. Not sure I would feel comfortable recommending them or even considering them back for more work.
