Couldn't get anyone to address an emergency and when the power goes out or the sump pump isn't working - it's an emergency. Finally fed up! Called Gene's Plumbing Service. They will work with you, most of all listen to your concerns. A new, larger sump pump was installed, had some lines cleaned out. Couldn't believe all the gook! I never pour oil down a drain but just the stuff that can unknowingly get through is amazing. Nothing will save me from a power outages, but they have given me some piece of mind. At least every downpour doesn't fill me with dread! They are MY choice all the way.

Both times i had dug out the tank for easy access, second time it was 6ft deep underground. communication was good, and they were polite and asked before doing anything outside of what was expected. At the end of this service they also recommended improvements to make future service easier by installing a riser kit, without asking they gave a cost breakdown for that as well. no pushy forced sales pitch, just informing me of what is available to make my life easier next time.
