I would over think and stress out about things that has not even happened. I arrived at the studio and before the session, she made some cacao for me to sip on as I tried to relax and set intentions for the session. After drinking the cacao, I laid down, Krizia made sure I was comfortable and the session began. The combination of her guided meditation and the sound bath aided in clearing and calming my mind. During the session, I was able to release some bottled up emotions that I didn't even know I had. This was my fourth reiki session with krizia and each time it just gets better and better for me.
