They have an ever-changing array of newly groomed dogs underfoot in the front area where they work; they keep them and their own dogs around for companionship while they are working and, miraculously, all the animals get along. Each of the animals look movie-star perfect when they're done, the haircuts are adorable. When I first moved to Chico my older black cat was dealing with a skin condition that made her lose her fur in chunks (now finally, after five years, healed.) They treated this beat up looking sweetheart with all the care and regard of the beautiful healthy animals and it meant a great deal to our family to see her being cherished. But what I want to share most is that during the Camp Fire, All Cats and Dogs have taken in pets of fire evacuees and groomed them for free. Owner Alex says "In many cases, the fire evacuees left with only their pets and lost everything. I figure that giving them back a clean fluffy dog to hold is the least I can do."

Its not $5 nail trim like the website says, its ten and they dont file the nails so they are pretty scratchy for a week or so if you have a jumper...I do. I will absolutely be back.

They just feel really comfortable with her and you can tell she is patient and kind with them. My dogs also shed soooooooooooo much.
