As hard as this situation can be, no one could make it as comfortable, compassionate and personal as Dr. Troxell. Unfortunately, securing an at‑home appointment isn't always easy, and my biggest fear was that her condition would suddenly decline and I wouldn't be able to get someone to my house in time--forcing her last moments to be spent frightened at a clinic. Even if there was a computer glitch you were working on ONE of you should have stepped forward. No excuses. Computer at the front desks, I would think are for related work at the work place.
