Paul Romanick sued me for trademark infringement in 2021 and I had payed TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars to try to keep my business in 2021. I was taught his cleaning "three step" cleaning process in a few days of training. I did find there were several different "processes," using the same CitruSolution name and trademarks, that are different from the three step process I was taught . One was doing a "six step process." One was using a traditional, truck-mounted extractor. One was using a Rug Doctor. I wasn't trained, nor made aware there were so many different ways to do the "CitruSolution Carpet Cleaning Process." I was single handedly responsible for ALL of my advertising and marketing.
