The technician Jeremy came to our house and did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job on our carpets, recliner and sofa! We have 3 dogs, 2 cats and a 4 year old so you can imagine how dirty our carpets and sofa can get! He was so kind and friendly and did such a thorough job on our very dirty carpets and furniture. Our house smells so so much better just in time for Easter. The rose and $5 Chick-fil-A gift card he brought absolutely made my day too! This is an A++ company that is affordable, honest and goes above and beyond to give you the results you want. He even left me with some spot cleaner and odor remover just incase anything is ever spilt on the carpets in between cleanings. Ken is an amazing businessman and his attitude towards life is second to none! We recently purchased a home and had the opportunity to restore part, paint all and ran out of money for new flooring. The carpet in the living room had the usual day to day stains and pet stains too from a puppy. We needed it stretched and all the stains gone and our home smelling nice and fresh. Ken came and gave me a demonstration that I later shared the results with my hubby. He and were amazed at the clean carpet and how pretty it looked. As a Senior Living Home, we are a bit unique in that cleaning our carpets also means working around 13 seniors and insuring their safety. This was not a problem for Ken and Jamie. They were extremely professional, so kind to our residents, and worked very hard to maintain a safe environment for them. Together they cleaned 14 suites, a sunroom, an activity room, hallway and 16 dining chairs! They were able to clean and remove stains that other companies could not. Our floors look amazing! No surprise, right?!...but here is what I didn't expect: for the past 6 years I have been battling allergies that have severely impacted my voice and sinuses. I initially called KG Cleaning about a carpet repair in my home after reading several favorable reviews. Ken and Landon came to my home and immediately thanked me for my business and gave me a rose. After reviewing the carpet, they were able to provide a solution where I did not need to do the repair thus saving me an unnecessary expense. I had two pets that had a tendency to get covered in the red Georgia clay, and my carpets definitely showed the wear and tear. We had KG Cleaning Service clean our carpeting yesterday. I had secured 3 estimates but only KG was willing and wanted to come out to see the job to give me an accurate estimate. Even though their estimate was slightly higher than the others we decided to give them the job due to their thoroughness in estimating, the quality of their equipment and the impression their personnel made on us. No bait and switch, upfront pricing, and to top it all off the lady of the house gets a rose. I've used several carpet cleaning companies in the past, but KG was by far superior! The technicians were very professional, and efficient. My carpet looks so clean and much brighter! With having an older chihuahua, we have a few mishaps, occasionally, and they were able to get all the stains out of the carpet. After the carpet cleaning it was damp but not real wet like previous carpet cleaning companies that have taken up to a day or so for the carpet to completely dry.
