I recently called up to request help cleaning out a home where we had lived for 45 years requiring removal of large furniture for recycling/rehoming, as well as many belongings from the basement, garage and shed. Additionally Josh had a great crew pack, store, and ship our many fragile belongings for an out of state move, including moving an antique grand piano and antique bed that required extra delicate care. Everything arrived on time with not one item damaged. The crews on both sides of the move were excellent. Josh made us feel assured and well informed every step of the way, including what everything would cost - no surprises! Additionally, he assisted in the sale of our motor boat which he was able to turn around in a very short amount of time. On top of it, the price they gave me was 50% higher than what I was quoted over the phone. I asked them to call their manager, and they said their phone was dead. So I eventually had to look up their number on my phone, and re-negotiate. While I was negotiating, I left the 2 men unattended, and to this day, still cannot find a DeWalt drill I had in the shed. Being able to communicate via email, and getting all my many questions answered quickly, was a huge advantage over other companies I contacted. Jim was running slightly late at his previous job, but called me ahead of time to let me know, which I appreciated. And I surely put him in the exact same position with his next client, as I kept adding things beyond what we originally discussed I wanted removed once he was here, including a queen sized mattress/boxspring and a heavy bureau.
