Never hire this company. We lost our money and our time with Ryan, the owner. RUN AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!! We gave Ryan a $1,500.00 deposit ahead of time and even brought it to his home. We agreed on a day and time and he confirmed it. The NIGHT before, he cancelled. He knew we planned on being there during the installation. He knew we took a day off of work to be there and even rented a car for it which we told him we arranged. We pleaded "please do not cancel". Ryan put another job in place of ours, he decided another client was more valuable than us. He also said we did not need to be there. Clearly, we did. We would have never allowed these dead plants to be planted. We told him, of course we wanted to be there, planned on being there, no question, it is our home, our investment. First bad sign. He values HIS time, but our time is not valuable to HIM. Now, the worst part. He installed dead and almost dead plants. They were unhealthy, sparse and tiny plants with NO FLOWERS!. These were the complete opposite of what we agreed to, what we asked for and paid for. We asked for full and lush, with flowers just like the pics that were shown to us. These plants are easy to find everywhere you go on the Cape. There are plants that are in full bloom ~ with flowers, ready to plant. The pictures tell you everything you need to know about why you should never use this company or try to deal with the owner when things are not right. Ryan will not admit he made any mistake and you'll get stuck with his unreasonable and unprofessional answer. He will ignore your texts, and phone calls. He says, "it will grow". WTF??? It will grow? Are you kidding me? We gave Ryan every opportunity to make this right and he refused. The "landscape designer" is his friend. Both are unprofessional and have zero talent, they should be avoided. They blame each other. We are out $2,650.00 and $450.00 for his friend David Desley. Just don't put yourself through this horrible and costly disaster. Had landscaping done but there were issues. Not reliable in regards to the time the job is done. Also, when Ryan mentioned certain things would happen (e.g. touch up on hydroseeding if needed or estimate adjustment if areas of the lawn were hydroseeded instead of sod placement) they did not. We hired Ryan Jones owner of Earthday Landscaping in 2021 we spent over 20k to get our backyard redone, after discussing with my husband we decided to add irrigation for the new plantings another $2100. Ryan did not put the proper irrigation so 8 of the plants died. He kept promising us that he will replace the plants since still under warranty. Twice he told us that he ordered the plants and waiting for it to arrive, by 11/1/21 we sent more pictures of dead plants and had asked him what happened to the plants he ordered, no respond. A few days later he sent us a text he said he will replant in spring 2022. 3 different times he said he'll be over to replant but he was a no call no show by June 2022 we contacted his secretary Meghan she said Ryan took inventory of the dead plant and she will order them. Its now Feb 2023 our plants still haven't been replaced. My husband and I had been arguing about this and it's causing me serious mental health problems, can't sleep at night thinking about it. I finally filed a complaint to the Attorney Generals office and small claims. I'm also contacting the Fire fighter association hoping someone will shed some light to this situation so he doesn't continue to take advantage of people in our community. read more

Ryan, the owner, seems like an honest and buttoned-up guy, and at the time, my friend and I thought I'd found a nice, honest landscaper. We were completely wrong. He told me that he was sending my friend his best worker to build her a retaining wall, but he sent a hacker. The guy didn't bury the dead men deep enough into the ground to retain the wall. The wall then sunk, and became crooked. He also used wood scraps to fill in the backside of the retaining wall, which would eventually rot and cause a sink hole. My friend fixed the crooked wall for me, but it cost me more money. I called Ryan a few times to complain, and he never returned my calls. He doesn't care. He's got no conscious, as far as I can see, but he'll certainly look you in the eye and shake your hand, but don't be fooled. read more

Extremely dishonest! Ryan overcharges for just about everything and does not do what he agrees upon once you pay him. For ex., I spent a lot of money for him to plant a large number of hydrangeas. The price was extra high becouse, he told me, they came with the garanteed replacement if they did not make it. I have been trying to contact him in all possible way since 14 died. Ryan simply disappeared. Definitely not a lanscaping company you want to use! read more
