Here are the pluses and minuses of my experience. Pluses: * Rapid and courteous response to my initial request * Quick turnaround for an appointment * Quoted me a 2 hr arrival window, which they met. * Affordable service. * Patio is nice and clean and he cleaned splashes from the adjacent windows/ doors. Minuses: * I had told them about my pool right next to the patio, but Brooks didn't take any special attention to prevent some dirt and sand from entering the pool (e.g, putting down plastic film). Nor did they provide a method for cleaning it afterwards, which led to clogging the pump intake line, requiring a lot of effort on my part to clear. * On the patio itself, I needed to use a blower to remove residual stuff that the power wash didn't deal with. Ideally, they would have done that as part of the service. I would give them 3.5 stars if that was an option: I feel 3 is too harsh. 4 is probably a bit generous given what I needed to do afterwards. So, be wary if you have a pool nearby that they offer you a solution to prevent crap getting in it.

I received a few quotes but Shawns quote was the most competive considering his knowledge and his great communication skills. He explained to me the whole process in laymen's terms and he came to my house the very next day for a rate quote. You can tell from his equipment and shawns professional knowledge that he knew a thing or two about solar cleaning, bird proofing and abatement. he even offered group discounts to my neighbors and myself. We set an appointment for today and he always updated me throughout the week prior on any required info and/or extra devices he recommended. in my case, he recommended a certain bird deterrent device so i made sure to have it ready for them. They arrived promptly at the original scheduled time, shawn explained to me the exact parts he was using, how long the service will take and what the next steps will be afterwards then immediately him and his guys got to work on my roof. Shawn installed a bird deterrent on my roof, he used specialized wire mesh netting around all of my panels to prevent any birds including those tiny morning doves from nesting underneath, cleaned up all the old bird waste, pressure washed my whole roof then provided a thorough cleaning of my solar panels.
