It took about 5 hours to deep clean my Condo but she left it impeccably clean. She uses eco-friendly detergents so it was nice that the house didn't smell like chemicals. She left the house impecable in under 3 hours of cleaning. Was definitely impressed. Also, she gave me an hourly rate rather than the exuberant flat rate other cleaning services were giving me and it turned out to be less than half of the next company which my pockets appreciated. Last, we weren't home when she was cleaning and she figured out were everything went while leaving all valuables right were I had left them. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend. read more

Meh. Thought it would be 2 people for the $50 an hour but her daughter was sick. So it was 1 person for $50 an hour so obviously less gets done. She did a good job on the bathrooms and window sills. Told her to stop after 6 hours since this pricing didn't seem right. Floor ended up getting very sticky after it was washed. No guarantees on work done. To be honest, I'm disappointed. If your house is dirty, they will probably do their job to make it better. If your house is clean, they seemed not know how to make it cleaner for move out/move in. I asked for enhancement on: floor, kitchen, and windows. Floor: Hair everywhere after floor clean up. Also see the picture of dirty tissues that I mopped the floor after their service. Kitchen: Soy sauce still on the kitchen shelve which only took me 3 seconds to get rid of it. Refrigerator is still dirty. Window: only cleaned one side ( not that clean) and ignore the other side. It's just a easy clean up shutter! It's totally not acceptable for next tenant to move in, and I have to clean it up myself again. 1 star for get it done soon. 1 star for pricing. 1 star for coming. Reply to Business Owner Luisa: Nope. I wasn't limited your time. I only stopped you after you said the first floor is done (including windows, floor, and kitchen in the pictures attached). When I checked first floor, I noticed the quality is not going to meet my expectation then I stopped you. This company wanted $50 an hour for 4 hours work. The work consists of mopping and sweeping 2 hallways and two stairwells. Seems quite outrageous to me. read more

Luisa and Miguel responded quickly to my request for deep cleaning. They went above and beyond, cleaning underneath my bed which had quite an accumulation of dirt and dust in spite of my having another company "deep clean" several months before. They also did a great job on the outside of my stainless steel refrigerator which the previous cleaners had ignored as well as a wonderful job on my large kitchen and family room floor (also poorly done by previous company) They both worked hard the whole time they were here. This was a mistake and I do not want anyone else to make the same mistake. Things were going well, I thought, until I came down stairs and saw my luxury vinyl floor that should be matt all shiny. I was hoping it was not ruined. Luckily it was not. I asked what was used to clean with. While she went to t he care to show me I took a dampened paper towel to see it I could remove the product used. As I did that I was picking up all dirt from where she said she had mopped. As I showed her the dirty towel she decided to remop with a dirty towel. I stopped that process also. None of the area rugs had been vacuumed or mopped under them , thank god. Then I noticed the area rugs had not been vacuumed either. The hard flooring was still dirty and had not been vacuumed or swept. I was very upset to say the least. Last time I will use the service and probably Yelp. I will rely on next-door and friends for referrals. read more

I hired Diazmoss to clean 2 rental homes in the SDSU area ahead of new tenants at end of July 2019. The company was responsive over the phone and Roberto and Luisa visited the homes a few days ahead of the work to provide estimates. The work done was excellent and I will hire them again. Luisa cleaned one by herself that just needed a freshen up of the kitchen/bath/common area on the morning of move-in day. A few days later she and crew of 2 others cleaned the vacant 2nd home that, while not a disaster, still needed a full move-out cleaning - everything, including windows/cracks/crevices/baseboards/grout lines/etc of the whole 4br/2ba home. The company is very responsive and followed my directions carefully, arriving on time in both cases and spending extra time beyond what was estimated on the dirtier home with no additional charge. Again I will hire them in the future and plan to ask them to clean my own residence. Mark read more
