After ordering they brought us some rolls, this is where we were taken back. These were nothing but store bought Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, and they weren't even freshly bought. We passed on them, the shrimp cocktail was amazing so we have them a pass on the rolls. When the actual meal was served we found both the asparagus and baked potatoes were under cooked. Those this isn't difficult items to cook, we are the potatoes and passed on the asparagus. The steaks were less then par and very dry. They bring a side of gravy with them but this alone wasn't enough to make up for the tough dry steak. I know I am from Wyoming and will challenge anyone to compete with our states top steak houses, but I think I wouldn't compare this to the worst of them. It's about like eating warm jerky, even then I think there is more moisture in jerky. Never again. The service is the only reason they received 3 stars the meal is less than desirable, the price is definitely not reflective of anything but the price.

I like spice, but my husband isn't as big of a fan. The server told us "They're spicy. They're too spicy!" so we went for the Lil Dragon Wings at his recommendation. I ordered the Tonkotsu ramen with grilled Wagyu beef which was grilled directly in front of me, and topped it with a ramen egg, corn and lime. The tables have little induction heaters on them which you can place your bowl on to reheat if they get too cold! I utilized this cool tool twice to reheat the broth after it had gotten below my preferred temperature. The wings were crispy and well seasoned, and we didn't feel deprived of any spice (so thank you to our server for your recommendation!). The Tonkotsu broth was super rich, flavorful and warming, the ramen noodles were perfect al dente, and the Wagyu steak was mind blowingly tender and delicious! I know Singletrack is known for electrical but they are equally competent in the other areas they service. Travis and Peter were great: Showed up on time and pleasant to work with and completed the work perfectly. Noelle, the scheduler, is the most courteous scheduler I've spoken with in a long time. She really has the gift of customer service. There have been other companies I've called where I was left feeling like I'm interrupting their Facebook time. Not the case here. Call her and you will know what I mean. I may call her just to chat about random stuff! My next jobs with Singletrack are more smart switches and a home backup generator, scheduled for next week. It's tough to find impressive workers in the trades but this is my team moving forward. They have taken the stress out of these projects because I don't have to wonder if they will show up, show up on time, make a mess of my house, do a poor job, or make me feel like I have to babysit. I received a verified quote from this company 2 weeks prior to beginning the job. It outlined all…read moreof the duties and the project cost. When they arrived today to perform the work, they informed me they could not complete one of the previously agreed upon duties and that I would need to hire someone else for that portion of the project. This set my whole project into a tailspin as that portion was a very intregral part of the work to be completed. As I scrambled to find someone else to perform that job duty and keep the project on track, they then informed me they could not honor any portion of the original quote and would instead be switching to an hourly rate. A rate that again they could not confirm would not exceed the original agreed upon amount. It was a complete bait and switch that left me completely in the dark. This is a very dishonest company.
